Exercise

As much as some of us hate to admit it; exercise is an integral part of any weight loss program. Through regular diet and exercise you can not only lose the weight but keep it off. Targeted exercise will also help you shape problem areas to get you closer to the body you desire.

There is no easy exercise program. Exercise needs to stress the body in order to tone, shape and help you lose weight. Just as important as a good diet plan, you also need a good exercise program. A good exercise program consists of aerobic exercise (needed to burn fat) and strength training (needed for shaping). A healthy lifestyle and weight loss requires 30 minutes of continous exercise 3-4 times a week. Choose from the activites you like to do such as walking, running, aerobics, team sports, treadmill, etc.
